Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES 
With the exception of preorders, orders will typically take 2-4 business days to process. Once your order is processed, expect standard shipping times to be 3-5 business days. Please note that weekends are not counted toward the processing days.

MODIFYING ORDERS
Orders cannot be modified once it has been placed. Please contact us if you need assistance.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can receive a refund if you make a request within 5 business days after receiving your order. We are unable to accept refunds if you open or damage any items in the order. Requests are made by contacting us at info@kah-chi.com. You must ship your order back in its original packaging or a refund will not be issued. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
